1.  Send us your Sketches, Doodles, Images, Ideas and all Details you would like to include in your Challenge Coin, Patche or Badge.

Once the important decision has been made to have a challenge coin, our team is very happy to work with you on your ideas, vision, specifications, drawings and artwork. We include all of the details large and small that go into making your Amazing and Timeless Challenge Coin. 

2.  We send you a Professional, Complete & Detailed Art Proof.

Our Professional Graphics Team goes to work to create a Complete Art Proof with all of the details, Colors and Color Codes and all of the little extras for you to have a vision of how your Custom Coin will look.

This is your time to make sure everything is as you need it for your special coin. If any changes are needed, our graphics team makes the necessary adjustments. Our manufacturing team only goes to production once you have made the approval.

3.  Relax and Receive your Custom Challenge Coin.

Once you have given that approval, all you need to do is to sit back and relax and wait for the arrival of your Unique Custom Coin. It is a great experience to see your vision come to life.

Note:  Your Challenge Coins is ALWAYS 2 Sided unless otherwise requested and always HAND POLISHED.

  • We Price for Quantity Needed - Best Price at Quantity Needed
    No need to worry if the quantity you need for your current custom challenge coin project falls in between price breaks listed. Other companies make you pay at the price break points but not at RespondersPro Inc. We are aware that our First Responders are often working within tight budgets and so we only charge for the quantity of coins needed for your current project.
  • No HIDDEN Charges or Fees
    Our Philosophy at RespondersPro is to be transparent with our pricing and amounts quoted with No Hidden Fees or Charges. No Addition Required for our Pricing.
  • Metal Finishes - NO EXTRA CHARGE on Antique or Gold Finishes
    We are pleased to provide at No Surcharge on antique finishes and gold finishes. As additional options we provide dual plating, real gold and silver as required at a small addition charge.
  • Additional Design Options Available
    We are pleased to offer 3D, Dual Plating, Sequential Numbering, Custom Edges, Packaging. Please note that not all of these additional options incur an additional charge.
